Published: Chapter in Book on the Public Sphere in the Digital Age

December, 2014

I co-authored an article with David B. Ingram about digital technologies and the public sphere. This article has now been published as a chapter in an edited volume, titled: "Re-imagining Public Space: The Frankfurt School in the 21st Century" (see on publisher's website and on Amazon). Award: Best Research Paper in "Interdisciplinary Methods" Category

On April 12, 2014 I gave a talk at Loyola University Chicago, titled: 'Is the Internet Bad for Social Justice and Democracy." The talk was part of the Graduate School's annual symposium. This paper won the symposium's award for best research paper in the category "Interdisciplinary Methods."
